Last Updated: January 2026Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and rpvi4 ("rpvi4", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing https://rpvi4.net, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the rpvi4 platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

| "Bonus Funds" | Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback credit, or other incentive awarded by rpvi4 to a Member's Account, subject to the wagering and withdrawal conditions set out in Clause 5. |

21+ Age Requirement — Non-Negotiable: Access to the rpvi4 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. rp vi4 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the rpvi4 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:
rpvi4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rpvi4 will result in Account suspension pending verification.
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the rpvi4 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a pseudonym, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your current residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. rpvi4 relies on the information you provide to fulfil its legal obligations; providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rpvi4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rpvi4 support immediately via live chat.
All Members are required to complete rpvi4's KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal. rpvi4 may, at its discretion, require KYC documents at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Accepted documents include an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet account showing your registered name and account number).
rpvi4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following approved payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment method accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same legal name as the rpvi4 Account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the rpvi4 cashier page and are subject to change at rpvi4's discretion with reasonable notice. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. VIP Members are eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as communicated by their designated Account Manager.
Deposits are credited to a Member's Account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt by rpvi4's payment processor, subject to the operating hours of the respective bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by rpvi4's finance team typically within 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within 2 hours for bank transfers, measured during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
A minimum of one (1) full turnover of deposited funds is required before a withdrawal request may be submitted, unless rpvi4 expressly waives this requirement in writing. Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements — whether arising from deposit bonuses or promotional credits — are subject to the withdrawal restrictions outlined in Clause 5. rpvi4 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in individual cases.
rpvi4 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of this Agreement. In such cases, rpvi4 will notify the Member and may request additional verification documentation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by rpvi4 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the promotion in question.
Bonus Funds awarded to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. As a general guideline, wagering requirements at rpvi4 range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion; sportsbook bets placed at minimum odds as stated in the promotion contribute at the stated percentage.
rpvi4 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures; and exploiting system errors or technical glitches. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to fraud prevention authorities.
rpvi4 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are available to Indonesian residents only unless expressly stated otherwise. rpvi4 may withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not materially prejudice Members who have already opted in and begun satisfying the relevant wagering requirement.
The specific rules governing each game available on the rpvi4 Platform — including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Domino QQ, Andar Bahar, sportsbook markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot titles — are set by the respective certified game studios and sportsbook trading team. These game-specific rules supplement this Agreement and are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, rpvi4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked funds to the Member's Account balance.
All sportsbook bets on the rpvi4 Platform are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. rpvi4 employs pre-match and live (voor bola — live handicap betting) markets across all supported leagues including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, AFC Champions League, and major international tournaments. rpvi4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to corruption, match-fixing, or where a clear pricing error has occurred.
All decisions made by rpvi4 regarding the outcome of games and bets are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Clause 15. rpvi4's game logs, transaction records, and server-side data constitute the authoritative record of all gameplay and financial activity on the Platform.

Any breach of the prohibited conduct provisions below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Account balances without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rpvi4 Platform:
All intellectual property rights in and to the rpvi4 Platform — including the rpvi4 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — are the exclusive property of rpvi4 or its licensors. No licence to use any rpvi4 intellectual property is granted to Members beyond the limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for lawful recreational gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any rpvi4 intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of rpvi4 branding or content constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal action.
rpvi4's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the rpvi4 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full. In summary, rpvi4 collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, fulfil its legal obligations (including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements), and improve the Member experience. rpvi4 does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpvi4 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the rpvi4 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; business interruption; or any damages resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or force majeure events.
rpvi4's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member into their rpvi4 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rpvi4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions. rpvi4 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
A Member may close their rpvi4 Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Before processing an Account closure, rpvi4 will require settlement of any outstanding bets, return of any active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements, and completion of any pending withdrawal requests. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following Account closure.
rpvi4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion — in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of this Agreement; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8; reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime; regulatory or legal requirement; or any other circumstance in which rpvi4 reasonably concludes that continued service to the Member presents a risk to the Platform, other Members, or third parties.
Upon termination for cause, rpvi4 may forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the Account. Real-money funds that were legitimately deposited and are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member following completion of any required investigation, which may take up to 90 days where financial crime is suspected.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. While rpvi4 primarily serves users in Indonesia, the Platform is operated under an international licensing framework. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through rpvi4's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 15), the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as rpvi4 representing that the use of online gaming services is legal in any particular jurisdiction. It is each Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the rpvi4 Platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.
rpvi4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantively alter a Member's rights or obligations — rpvi4 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to the Member's Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and take effect upon publication.
Continued use of the rpvi4 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

rpvi4 operates a two-stage internal dispute resolution process. In Stage One, your complaint will be reviewed by a senior customer support agent within 5 business days. If the outcome of Stage One is not satisfactory, you may escalate to Stage Two, in which the complaint is reviewed by rpvi4's compliance team within a further 10 business days. rpvi4 commits to responding to all formal written complaints within 15 business days of receipt.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating binding arbitration as described in Clause 13.
